The second edition of the North East Food Show, organized by the Government of Meghalaya in collaboration with Inter Ads Exhibitions Pvt Ltd, was a significant event for the region's food industry. With over 200 brands participating, it emerged as the largest food innovation showcase in the North East.
FIFI actively participated in this event, recognizing the immense potential of the region's unique food products and the opportunities for growth. By collaborating with the Government of Meghalaya and SIAL Paris, FIFI aimed to create a global platform for North Eastern producers and entrepreneurs.
The event provided a valuable opportunity for FIFI members to explore the untapped potential of the seven sister states. The strong presence of FIFI members and international delegates at the show highlighted the growing interest in the region's food industry.
The Government of Meghalaya, under the leadership of Chief Minister Conrad Sangma, has demonstrated a strong commitment to promoting the region's food industry. FIFI is proud to support this vision and contribute to the development of the North East's food sector.
